1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for courses if requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the student must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the course has been completed or if the request is made after the specified refund period.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Refunds are processed within  7 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Courses that are part of a promotional package or discounted bundles may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable for downloadable course materials or one-time consultation sessions.

4. Technical Issues

  • If you experience any technical difficulties that prevent access to the course, please reach out to us for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
